Is incoming campus mail delivered to the Jersey City mail room?

Yes.

Can I receive packages at the Jersey City residence?

Yes. Packages that do not fit in your mailbox will be secured in the residence mail room and can be retrieved with your student ID.

Can I have a friend sign for and pick up my mail/packages? How can I authorize someone else to pick up my mail or packages?

Mail: If you would like to have someone else pick up your mail, give that person the combination to your mailbox.

Packages: If you would like to have someone pick up a package for you, please send an email authorizing that person to pick up your package. Send your email to: postoffice@allianceu.edu
